Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to develop caregiver pipelines, screen resumes, and conduct interviews in person for RNs, CNAs and HHAs. The role focuses on in-office recruitment within a healthcare staffing context.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in healthcare recruiting, with caregiver recruiting experience and knowledge of employment laws. Strong communication and social media recruiting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting experience.
• Home care recruiting preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media recruitment.
• Experience attending events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
