Job summary

R.L. Barclay & Associates is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a caregiver pipeline consisting of RNs, CNAs and HHAs. The role involves screening resumes and conducting phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, and scheduling interviews for all hiring managers.

The position requires minimum two years of healthcare recruiting experience, caregiver recruiting focus, and familiarity with federal and state employment laws. In-office work is required.

Qualifications
