Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a caregiver pipeline for RNs, CNAs and HHAs. You will screen resumes and conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in person) and coordinate interview schedules for multiple hiring managers.

This in-office role requires at least 2 years in healthcare recruiting, with caregiver/home care recruiting preferred. Strong communication and knowledge of employment laws are essential assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare recruiting.
• Experience recruiting caregivers.
• Home care recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media recruiting.
• Experience attending events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
