Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a caregiver pipeline and staff RNs, CNAs, and HHAs. You will screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, coordinating interview schedules for hiring managers.

This in-office role requires 2+ years in healthcare recruiting, caregiver recruitment experience, and knowledge of employment laws. Strong communication and social media recruiting skills, plus event attendance, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting experience required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
