Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a caregiver pipeline consisting of RNs, CNAs, and HHAs. The role involves screening resumes, conducting interviews—phone, virtual, and in-person—and coordinating interview schedules for hiring managers.

This is an in-office position with no remote work. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in healthcare recruiting, caregiver recruitment experience, and knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Caregiver recruiting experience is required.
• Home care recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social Media Recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
