Zusammenfassung

Aidey is seeking a Hiring Assistant to own the top of the hiring funnel. You will source candidates, screen resumes, schedule, and conduct initial interviews, and decide who moves forward. This high-volume, high-communication role requires organization, persistence, and strong judgment of people.

You will work closely with hiring managers to keep the pipeline moving and ensure no good candidate slips through the cracks. Fully remote, long-term, with US-based teams and a stable full-time schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, reading).
• Comfortable conducting phone interviews and video interviews.
• Ability to assess candidate fit using objective criteria.
• Persistent and proactive candidate engagement throughout recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates across stages.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment goals.

Aufgaben

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and follow up candidate interviews via phone, text, and email.
• Conduct initial Zoom screening interviews to evaluate communication and fit.
• Document interview feedback and provide recommendations on advancement.
• Source candidates through Indeed, Facebook Groups, and other platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update ATS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to support recruitment objectives.
