Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume hiring for remote roles.
• Strong ability to identify talent, attitude and culture fit beyond keywords.
• Excellent record keeping and organisation with attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can manage workload and meet deadlines without reminders.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Comfort with ATS platforms and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for high-volume roles through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, communities and other channels.
• Write and post job ads, and keep them fresh.
• Screen applications and conduct first-round recruiter screening interviews.
• Deliver well-qualified shortlists to hiring managers quickly to reduce time-to-hire.
• Maintain prompt candidate communications from outreach to offer stage.
• Keep candidate records, pipeline status and hiring data up to date in the ATS and tracking tools.
• Proactively build talent pools for recurring roles to shorten time-to-hire.
• Report on pipeline health, time-to-fill and source effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
