Inside Out Hiring is seeking a highly accountable Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast-growing construction/real estate development firm. This fully remote role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong calendar management, and adept handling of vendor and subcontractor communications.

You will own AI-driven workflows, screen communications, and build financial dashboards, with growth into SOPs and light website updates.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years supporting a CEO or senior executive (preferred in Construction/Real Estate/Development).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+), with professional phone presence for contractor calls.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to propose solutions without detailed instructions.

Aufgaben

• Own AI-driven workflows for research, permitting data, and deal support.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to inform investment decisions.
• Manage invoicing via QuickBooks and maintain financial docs.
• Prioritize calendars, screen communications, and act as gatekeeper for vendor/subcontractor networks.
• Develop SOPs and perform light website updates.
