HireArt is seeking a Recruiting Delivery Owner to own the end-to-end fulfillment funnel from client role opening to workers arriving on site. You will manage external vendors, internal sourcers, and recruiters to hit start-date targets and optimize candidate flow.

The role emphasizes analytics-driven decisions, cross-team collaboration, and urgent problem-solving to maintain fill rates across multiple client accounts. Remote, contract-to-hire in the US.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success taking complete ownership of high-volume hiring outcomes.
• Proven track record of owning full-lifecycle hiring outcomes.
• Strong fluency with recruiting analytics and metrics.
• Experience managing third-party vendors or staffing agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across clients and partners.
• High operational discipline managing multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Role Accountability: own headcount fulfillment to meet start dates and retention targets.
• Staffing Partner orchestration: manage weekly submissions and monitor pipeline velocity.
• Funnel analytics and diagnostics to spot bottlenecks and adjust strategy.
