Job summary

Wing is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join remotely and support talent acquisition for US-based candidates. You will partner with HR teams, build a strong candidate pipeline, and manage the full cycle from screening to onboarding. Proficiency with Asana, Handshake, LinkedIn, and Indeed is required, along with excellent English and organizational skills.

You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, aligning with clients and field teams to deliver top-tier hires and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience hiring US candidates is a must.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Solid organizational skills and time management.
• Familiarity with Asana, Handshake, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients’ HR groups and field teams on talent needs.
• Develop a strong candidate pipeline with high-quality hires.
• Reduce time-to-hire through effective sourcing and screening.
• Screen and vet candidates for fit, competencies, and skills.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including offers and onboarding.
• Open, track, and close requisitions in the ATS; schedule interviews.
