Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. seeks a Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer to work remotely, servicing Eastern Time Zone locations. You will build a book by advising on luxury homes, high-value assets, and personal risk management, while driving growth.

Leverage a strong network of wealth advisors and attorneys to generate opportunities, and coordinate with carriers to place complex personal lines risks. IOA supports growth, health insurance, and a balanced work culture.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5+ years in Personal Lines insurance, with HNW/Private Client experience preferred.
• Strong network of referral partners and ability to develop Centers of Influence.
• Consultative sales approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire High Net Worth and Private Client relationships.
• Manage a pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic relationships.
• Advise clients on complex personal insurance programs and risk management.
• Collaborate across divisions to cross-sell solutions and improve client coverage.
• Represent IOA at industry and community events to grow presence.
