Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer for a remote role in the Eastern Time Zone.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with affluent clients, assessing lifestyle exposures and delivering customized personal insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have an active P&C license and 5+ years in personal lines, with strong networking capabilities and a track record of developing new business through referral partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
• Proven ability to develop new business through networking, referrals, and Centers of Influence.

Responsibilities

• Grow new High Net Worth and Private Client relationships to meet sales targets.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline via networking and referrals.
• Develop Centers of Influence with wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and real estate pros.
• Advise clients on complex personal insurance programs and risk management.
• Collaborate with carriers to place coverage and negotiate solutions.
• Represent IOA at industry and community events to expand market presence.
