Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer to drive new business growth with affluent clients. Remote work is available with consideration for ETZ locations, and occasional on-site presence may be required per policy.

You will build relationships with wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and real estate professionals to deliver customized personal insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5+ years of Personal Lines experience, including High Net Worth/Private Client.
• Proven success developing new business through networking, referrals, relationship management, and Centers of Influence.
• Strong network of professional referral partners, including wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals, and business leaders.
• Experience advising clients on complex personal insurance programs, high-value assets, and personal risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new High Net Worth and Private Client relationships while achieving sales and growth objectives.
• Build, maintain, and actively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, and strategic relationship development.
• Cultivate Centers of Influence to generate new business opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by assessing lifestyle exposures and recommending customized insurance and risk management solutions.
• Analyze high-value assets and personal exposures to identify coverage gaps and evolving risks.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Deliver a concierge-level client experience by coordinating with internal service teams for policy administration and ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell with Commercial Insurance, Employee Benefits, Wealth Management, and other divisions.
• Represent IOA at industry events to strengthen relationships in affluent markets.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other channels to enhance credibility and market presence.
