Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer to drive new business growth from affluent clients across the private client segment. This remote role emphasizes relationship-building, concierge service, and strategic partnerships to deliver customized insurance solutions for luxury homes and high-value assets.

You will build pipelines, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure seamless coverage and client experience.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, including High Net Worth or affluent clientele.
• Proven success developing new business through networking, referrals and relationship management.
• Strong network of referral partners including wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals and business leaders.
• Experience advising clients on complex personal insurance programs and risk management strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire High Net Worth and Private Client relationships while achieving sales and growth objectives.
• Build, maintain and actively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking and referrals.
• Cultivate Centers of Influence with wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals and business leaders.
• Advise clients on customized insurance solutions and risk management strategies.
• Analyze high-value assets and luxury properties to identify protection gaps and coverage needs.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through responsiveness and exceptional service.
• Represent IOA at industry events to expand presence in affluent markets.
