Insurance Office of America, Inc. (IOA) is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer to drive new business growth with affluent clients across the Private Client Group in a remote-capable role.

You will build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and Centers of Influence to deliver customized insurance and risk management solutions for luxury homes and valuable assets. The ideal candidate will hold an active Property & Casualty license, have 5+ years of Personal

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, including serving High Net Worth/Private Client clientele preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire High Net Worth and Private Client relationships.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, and Centers of Influence.
• Cultivate Centers of Influence such as wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals, and business leaders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by assessing lifestyle exposures and recommending customized insurance and risk management solutions.
• Analyze high-value assets, luxury properties, and personal exposures to identify evolving risks and protection gaps.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and excellent service.
• Deliver a concierge-level client experience by coordinating with internal teams for seamless policy administration.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with Commercial Insurance, Employee Benefits, Wealth Management, and other divisions.
