Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer to drive new business growth in private client services from a remote location within the Eastern Time Zone footprint.

The role focuses on affluent clientele, concierge service, and long-term relationship development. You will leverage Centers of Influence, cultivate referral networks, and collaborate across divisions to tailor coverage for luxury properties and high-value assets while achieving sales

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5+ years in Personal Lines, High Net Worth or affluent clients preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business through networking and referrals.
• Strong network of professional referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire High Net Worth relationships.
• Build and manage a pipeline through networking and referrals.
• Cultivate Centers of Influence with wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals, family office executives, and business leaders.
• Advise clients on complex personal insurance programs and risk management.
• Review high-value assets and luxury properties for coverage gaps.
• Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Collaborate across Commercial Insurance, Wealth Management, and other divisions.
• Represent IOA at industry events to expand visibility.
