Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer to drive new business growth remotely within the Eastern Time Zone.

The role focuses on affluent clients, luxury homes, and high-value assets, delivering concierge-level service and tailored risk management solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Personal Lines, a P&C license, a strong referral network, and consultative sales skills.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, including High Net Worth/Private Client preferred.
• Proven success developing new business through networking, referrals, and relationship management.
• Strong network of professional referral partners (wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals).
• Experience advising clients on complex personal insurance programs and high-value assets.
• Strong consultative sales, relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow a book of business.
• Familiarity with private client insurance products and carrier markets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new High Net Worth and Private Client relationships while meeting sales objectives.
• Build, maintain, and actively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals and relationship development.
• Cultivate Centers of Influence (wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals) to generate opportunities.
• Assess lifestyle exposures and advise on customized insurance and risk management solutions.
• Analyze high-value assets and luxury properties to identify coverage gaps and risks.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through responsiveness and exceptional service.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless policy administration and ongoing client support.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across Commercial Insurance, Employee Benefits, Wealth Management and other divisions.
• Represent IOA at industry events to strengthen market presence in affluent areas.
