Job summary

Church's Chicken in New Orleans is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality, value-oriented dining with friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean, safe environment.

As RGM, you will own all business activities for one location, drive sales, control costs, train staff, resolve guest issues, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies while building a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must complete all training and pass applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Creates an in store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Builds team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
• Communicates and follows-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvement opportunities.
• Resolves guest complaints in-person or by phone using the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model.
• Ensures calls are handled promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Provides regular feedback and identifies areas for improvement.
• Coaches and develops employees to build strong work habits.
• Maintains a positive work environment and adheres to policies and procedures.
