Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Metairie, LA to lead a fast-paced, guest‑focused operation. You will ensure friendly, quick, accurate service, maintain safety standards, and drive sales while controlling costs.

You will manage daily restaurant activities, train and coach the team, handle guest feedback, and ensure compliance with all laws and company policies to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Complete all training and pass all applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations.
• Build team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
• Communicate and follow-up with guests for feedback and improvement opportunities.
• Assist and resolve all guest complaints in-person or by phone.
• Apply the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model to guest complaints.
• Ensure calls are handled promptly and professionally.
• Direct and conduct regular training with team members.
• Provide regular feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-train and develop new skills with reports.
