Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant.
• Successful completion of all required training with passing scores.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations for friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Build team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
• Communicate with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvements.
• Assist and resolve guest complaints in person or by phone.
• Apply listen–apologize–satisfy–thank model to complaints.
• Ensure calls are handled promptly and courteously.
• Direct and conduct regular training with team members.
• Provide feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-train staff and develop new skills.
• Maintain a positive work environment and recognize top performers.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; maintain a safe restaurant.
• Manage budgets and adjust as needed; monitor labor costs.
• Maintain inventory and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze operation reports; perform other duties.
