Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Successful completion of all training and passing scores on applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick service.
• Lead and train team members to deliver consistent, high quality service.
• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve food quality and service.
• Manage budgets and control labor and other costs within plan.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and safety standards.
