Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location — the team, the floor, the numbers, the sales pipeline, and the member experience. You will lead visibly, hold your team accountable to performance targets, and maintain high standards even when challenged.

With 5+ years in leadership blending operations and sales, you will drive revenue while running a tight operation and coaching for results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience blending operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Accountability to KPIs with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in premium service/hospitality settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location, including staffing, workflow, floor presence and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set and coach for performance standards, ensuring accountability.
• Ensure professional member interactions and identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to inform operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly with follow-through.
