Job summary

Serenity is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own the full operation of a high-volume service location, including staffing, workflow, floor presence and output quality. You will drive sales performance, set high standards, coach the team, and ensure professional member interactions while identifying and converting sales opportunities.

You should have 5+ years of leadership blending operations management with sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and a strong KPI

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience blending operations and sales.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and data-driven decision making.
Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location, including staffing, workflow, floor presence and output quality.
Drive sales performance across the location with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
Set performance standards and coach team to maintain accountability and quality.
Ensure every member interaction is efficient and professional, converting sales opportunities when possible.
Track location KPIs (sales, conversion, efficiency, quality) and use data to drive decisions.
Identify underperformance early and address it with clarity and follow-through.
