Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location — the team, the floor, the numbers, the sales pipeline, and the member experience.

You'll lead visibly, hold your team accountable to performance targets, and keep the standard high even when things get complicated. This role blends operations management with a track record of hitting sales goals, with no industry-specific experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality
• Drive sales performance across the location, with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs
• Set the performance standard for your team and coach for accountability
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflecting Serenity's service level
• Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly with follow-through
