Qualifications

10+ years of leadership blending operations management and sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Accountability to KPIs with data-driven decisions.
Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is advantageous.
Direct performance conversations with demonstrable outcomes.
Proactive, ownership-focused problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location, staffing and workflow.
Drive sales performance across the location with defined revenue targets and KPIs.
Set performance standards and coach the team to maintain accountability.
Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and service-focused while identifying sales opportunities.
Track location KPIs and use data to guide operational and commercial decisions.
Identify underperformance early and address it directly with clarity.
