Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist the licensed dispenser, engaging customers, supporting hearing health needs, and scheduling appointments at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Milwaukee. You will conduct outbound outreach, promote related products, and help grow center performance through community events, while spending most of your time walking the club and working at events.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling appointments and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to customers.
• Secure 4 hearing tests daily for the clinician.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when members don’t have hearing loss.
• Participate in Sam’s Club events and other marketing activities.
