Job summary

NationsBenefits is a healthcare fintech provider expanding its team in Kenosha, WI. The Hearing Ambassador will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, and schedule appointments to support growth and member satisfaction.

On-site role at Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center, requiring strong communication, sales experience, and comfort with scheduling software. High school diploma required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software including general computer and Internet knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Know HAC products and services.
• Set stage for tests and purchase when interacting with Members.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily.
• Secure 4+ hearing tests daily for staff.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Use handheld screener to qualify leads when allowed by state rules.
• Assist in scheduling return visits as needed.
• Promote HAC at Sam’s Club and events.
• Base HAC, but spend 95% of time walking/engaging in the club.
