Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support licensed dispensers at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Erie, PA. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, and schedule appointments to drive growth in a hands-on, on-site role.

The position emphasizes outbound calling, lead generation, and collaboration with hearing health professionals to meet daily targets and promote additional products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Experience with scheduling appointments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing-aid products when Members do not have hearing loss.
• Assist with patient appointment scheduling and coordination.
• Promote HAC during Sam's Club events and outreach activities.
• Walk the club and intercept leads, spending 95% of time on-site.
