Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with patient appointment scheduling.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and support hearing health needs.
• Schedule appointments and promote products.
• Complete 30–50 outbound calls daily.
• Secure a minimum of 4 hearing tests daily for the center staff.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when appropriate.
• Represent the HAC at Sam’s Club events and other outreach.
• Walk the club and engage members to set tests.
