Job summary

HearUSA is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to join its retail network. You will engage customers, book hearing evaluations, and support licensed providers to deliver exceptional care.

The role involves lead generation, scheduling, and follow-up communications to ensure a seamless client experience. Responsibilities include consultative conversations to identify needs, assisting with screenings, managing orders and inventory, and tracking KPIs to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles.
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Care Specialist serves as the frontline ambassador for hearing care services within a retail environment, driving appointments and supporting providers.
• Use consultative conversations to identify hearing needs and assist in proctoring screenings.
• Generate and convert leads into booked appointments and build referral opportunities.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments; maintain accurate client records.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; respond promptly and support recalls.
• Perform basic hearing aid troubleshooting, cleaning, and follow-up processes; manage orders and inventory.
• Maintain a quiet, professional environment with clear annunciation and grammar.
• Track KPIs and meet SQL/booking goals; provide insights on trends.
• Maintain center environment; support merchandising and HIPAA/privacy compliance.
• Collect payments and assist in financing; end-of-day reports and settlements.
