Job summary

WS Audiology USA, HearUSA, is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to serve as the frontline ambassador for hearing care in a retail setting. You will drive appointment bookings, support clinicians, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role requires consultative conversations to identify hearing needs, manage schedules, process orders and payments, and maintain accurate records while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles.
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline hearing care services in a retail setting and drive appointments.
• Identify needs via consultative conversations and assist in proctoring screenings.
• Generate and convert leads into booked appointments and build referral opportunities.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments; maintain accurate client records.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Assist with hearing aid orders, repairs, inventory, and follow-up processes.
• Maintain a quiet, professional environment and clear communication.
• Track performance metrics and meet or exceed SQL and booking goals.
• Support merchandising and marketing displays; follow privacy and safety standards.
• Handle payments and financing applications; complete end-of-day reports.
