Job summary

WS Audiology USA, operating through HearUSA, is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to be the frontline ambassador for hearing care in a retail setting. You will blend lead generation, customer engagement, and operational support to drive appointments and assist clinical providers.

Responsibilities include scheduling and confirming visits, maintaining client records, handling inquiries by phone, email or text, performing basic hearing aid maintenance, and supporting merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline ambassador for hearing care services within a retail environment.
• Lead generation, customer engagement, and operational support to drive appointment bookings.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments; maintain client records and data integrity.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; respond to inquiries and assist recalls.
• Perform basic hearing aid maintenance, cleaning, and listening checks; assist in appointment prep and follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, professional center; support merchandising and marketing displays.
• Track and report key metrics and help meet SQL and booking goals.
• Ensure HIPAA, FDA, and company privacy and safety policies are followed.
