Job summary

WS Audiology USA, HearUSA, is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to be the frontline ambassador for hearing care in a retail center. You will drive appointment bookings, engage customers with a consultative approach, assist licensed providers with screenings, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include managing calendars and records, handling inquiries by phone, email and text, supporting recalls, basic hearing aid troubleshooting, processing orders and payments, and

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Care Specialist serves as the frontline ambassador for hearing care services within a retail environment.
• Use consultative conversations to identify potential hearing needs and assist provider with screenings.
• Generate and convert leads into booked appointments for hearing evaluations and maintain referral opportunities.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to optimize provider calendars and maintain client records.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; respond promptly to inquiries and support recalls.
