HearUSA in Detroit is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to be the frontline ambassador for hearing care in a retail setting. You will generate leads, book appointments, support providers, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of customer-facing, retail, or sales experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; consultative approach.

Aufgaben

• Serve as frontline ambassador for hearing care in a retail environment.
• Generate and convert leads into booked appointments for hearing evaluations.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to optimize provider calendars.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity within systems.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Assist in hearing aid troubleshooting, cleaning, and follow-up processes.
• Track and report key performance metrics (leads, bookings, conversions, show rates).
• Maintain a clean, professional center environment and follow HIPAA, FDA, and company policies.
