Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience with Windows XP/7 in enterprise environments.
• Two years building, installing and maintaining devices and peripherals.
• One year installing productivity software and antivirus (e.g., Microsoft Office, Symantec).
• IT education or certifications may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise IT support for hospital computer systems and peripherals across KRMC campuses.
• Respond to and resolve end-user service requests, documenting resolutions.
• Participate in projects and deployments, maintaining system security and ongoing documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support and coordinate with IS teams.
• Proactively maintain and image end-user devices, and ensure compliance with security policies.
