Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network is seeking a Support Technician II to provide frontline IT support across our hospital environment. You will install and configure computer hardware, assist staff with system access, and coordinate with the Help Desk and IT teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires 4 years of hands-on IT support and a bachelor’s degree in a related field; healthcare tech experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on IT technical support.
• Experience in healthcare technology support preferred.
• Experience with device management/integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Render basic and advanced IT support to end users.
• Install, configure, and decommission hardware including PCs, printers, scanners.
• Assist users with logon, access, and navigation to hospital systems.
• Coordinate with Help Desk and IT departments; update and close tickets timely.
• Assist junior teammates with advanced issues and participate in deployments for new hires.
