Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Healthcare Implementation Lead to manage the end-to-end onboarding for new clients, coordinating internal teams and serving as the primary liaison from contract to go-live and beyond.

You will develop detailed project plans, align timelines, facilitate data exchange and system configuration, train client stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in healthcare implementation or client onboarding.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage client expectations.
• Proficiency with project management tools and healthcare systems (EDI, claims).
• Problem solving, collaboration, and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients from contract to go-live and expansion.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation with timely updates.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration (claims routing, provider files, reports, invoicing).
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues; escalate as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and post-implementation support.
