Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Onboarding Program Manager to lead end-to-end client onboarding for healthcare implementations. You will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and CVS Health, ensuring a smooth transition to established operational flows.

You will develop detailed project plans, facilitate data exchange, training sessions, and post-implementation support, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or client onboarding.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and healthcare systems (EDI, claims platforms).
• Adept at problem solving and decision making; adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) and execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients from contract execution to go-live; lead implementations to add products and services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, IT, claims, compliance, account management, Accounting) to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration (claims routing, provider files, reports, invoicing).
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues, escalating as needed for client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition clients to account management.
