Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled onboarding lead to manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation efforts. You will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, and serve as the main liaison to ensure a seamless transition into ongoing operations.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or client onboarding.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding for new clients from contract to go-live and expand services.
Serve as primary client contact during implementation with clear communication.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful integration (operations, IT, claims, compliance, accounting).
Facilitate data exchange and system configuration (claims routing, provider files, reports, invoicing).
Conduct onboarding meetings and training with client stakeholders.
