Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled onboarding lead to manage end-to-end implementation for new clients. You will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, and serve as the primary liaison to ensure a seamless transition to established operational flow.

You will drive data exchange, system configuration, and stakeholder training, while ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or client onboarding.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing client expectations.
• Proficiency in healthcare systems and project management tools like EDI.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding from contract execution to go-live and add services.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation with timely updates.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate data exchange, system configuration, and reports.
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and transition to account management.
• Provide post-implementation support.
