Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients from contract execution to go-live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, IT, claims, compliance, account management, accounting) to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration, including claims routing, provider files, reports and invoicing.
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues, escalating as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition clients to account management.
