Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced onboarding and implementation leader to guide new client onboarding from contract to go‑live in a healthcare environment. You will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, and serve as the primary liaison to ensure a seamless transition to ongoing account management.

The role requires 3–5 years of healthcare onboarding experience, strong project management skills, and excellent communication to manage client expectations and deliver successful

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or client onboarding.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and healthcare systems (EDI, claims platforms).

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients from contract execution to go-live.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration, including claims routing and provider files.
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition clients to account management.
