Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Workforce Solutions Business Development Manager within NAM CS to drive strategic operational initiatives, including talent aggregation, market analysis, and post-sales optimization. You will lead cross-functional efforts across Education & Workforce Solutions, shaping new business models and growth opportunities.

Experience in business valuation and market/financial modeling with minimal supervision.
Experience leading operational and strategic initiatives in cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic operational initiatives relating to talent aggregation and curation.
Create business cases and models supporting talent supply.
Own partner/supplier management including contracting.
Lead financial and risk analysis for new business models.
Prepare market data for senior leadership presentations.
Collaborate to optimize post-sales implementation processes.
Drive revenue growth and new orders for the EWS business.
Support market segmentation for new products.
Build relationships with NAM leadership and key accounts.
