HireArt is seeking an Operations Site Lead to manage day-to-day operations of a contract workforce program at a key client site in the United States. You will be the onsite partner, coordinating with the account manager to meet client goals while ensuring a positive worker experience.

The role requires 2+ years overseeing large workforces and strong client-facing skills, with experience in a modern operations tech stack and approximately 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a workforce of 50+ in Operations, Program Management, HR, or Workforce Management.
• 1+ years in a client-facing role as a point of contact.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools.
• Approximately 20% travel required for visiting other client sites.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or other common workforce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's primary onsite point of contact, aligning program operations with client goals and policies.
• Support new and existing client sites remotely and onsite when needed.
• Manage worker performance, attendance, and behavior with coaching and reviews.
• Ensure first-day readiness and onsite orientation for new hires.
• Track program health and share insights with the client.
• Handle payroll, timesheet, PTO, benefits inquiries and respond to requests via multiple channels.
• Develop scalable processes and automate workflows balancing client policies with worker experience.
