HireArt is seeking an organized Operations Site Lead to provide onsite operations support for a key client. You will drive onboarding, training, and employee experience through effective communication and scalable processes.

The role involves handling payroll inquiries, timekeeping, benefits, and HR related questions via Zendesk, Slack, phone, and in-person interactions, with a focus on 24-hour onboarding and strong client relations.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding readiness and ensure onboarding completes within 24 hours.
• Field payroll, timesheet, PTO, benefits, and other HR inquiries via Zendesk, Slack, in-person, and phone.
• Address performance, behavior, and attendance issues through coaching, feedback, documentation, and termination as needed.
• Monitor attendance and submit accurate timekeeping hours for client approval.
