Job summary

Hadley Designs is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Director to own global sourcing, vetting, and closing of top talent, while shaping the people systems to scale a remote, contractor-centric organization. The role partners with leadership to design a robust recruiting engine and growth-aligned onboarding, performance, and retention frameworks.

You will lead end-to-end talent systems, from live pipelines to structured interviews and employer branding, with a direct report to People Operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring across marketing, ops, Amazon, product, leadership.
• Remote or distributed team experience a plus.
• Ability to run structured interviews and group interviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition for global roles.
• Build and manage a scalable recruiting engine and pipelines.
• Develop onboarding and leadership enablement within People Operations.
• Lead employer branding efforts and Glassdoor presence.
• Deliver weekly hiring metrics and KPI reports.
