Job summary

Partner Company is an international talent acquisition firm with a fully remote internal recruitment team and a focus on ownership, autonomy, and career progression.

We seek a Recruitment Leader to guide the team, own hiring quality and performance, coach interview techniques, and deliver timely client updates while building toward a Recruitment Manager position as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team and own the quality, consistency, and performance of all hiring activities.
• Oversee active searches, provide actionable coaching, and ensure clients receive timely updates and qualified candidates.
• Review and approve every candidate scorecard before submission, maintaining consistent evaluation standards.
• Observe screening interviews, assess techniques, and provide targeted coaching to improve candidate evaluation.
• Manage weekly performance scoreboards, track sourcing activity, interviews, scorecard deadlines, and placements.
• Monitor all active recruitment pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and intervene early to keep searches progressing.
• Provide clients with written updates at least weekly on all open positions through offer acceptance.
• Coordinate handover to the People Lead and identify additional hiring opportunities with existing clients.
• Follow a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding plan progressing to full team ownership.
• Train new recruiters, improve standard operating procedures, and collaborate with founders to refine workflows.
• Build toward a Recruitment Manager position as the team expands.
