Zusammenfassung

RemoteLeads is looking for an experienced recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across the United States. You will generate pipelines, screen candidates, and extend offers while advising hiring managers on profiles and process.

This role is fully remote and requires strong organization and independent work in a fast-paced startup environment. You will engage passive candidates, provide sourcing support to teammates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume hiring.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Resourcefulness in developing candidate pipelines beyond standard searches.
• Strong organization and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and advise cross-functional leaders.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, from pipeline generation and screening through offer extension.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
• Provide targeted sourcing support to other recruiters for priority roles.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate profiles, pipeline progress, interviews, and offers.
• Manage an independent recruiting desk and prioritize workloads to meet hiring targets.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate ATS documentation and data hygiene.
