Job summary

HireArt is seeking an organized Operations Site Lead to run day-to-day operations of a contract workforce program at a key client site. You will be the client’s onsite partner, collaborating with the account manager to meet goals and deliver a strong worker experience through onboarding, training, support, and engagement.

You’ll be the primary onsite contact, manage performance and attendance, and report on program health, including headcount and retention.

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously in a high-trust environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication across levels, including client leadership.
• Comfort with modern operations tech stack including Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools.
• Willingness to travel about 20% to visit other client sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's primary onsite contact, aligning program operations with client goals and policies.
• Support new and emerging client sites remotely and with occasional onsite visits.
• Manage worker performance, behavior, and attendance through coaching and reviews.
• Ensure onboarding readiness and provide orientation support for new hires onsite.
