Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple programs.
• Experience managing recruiting teams, including virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting technology tools.
• Ability to use data and metrics to guide decisions, improve performance, and manage risk.
• Experience in staffing or workforce solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full-cycle recruiting across markets and programs.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters (15 or fewer).
• Drive improvements in candidate quality, submissions, and placements.
• Optimize productivity and resource utilization across geography.
• Forecast hiring demand with client and market leaders.
